Spicy Detox Lemonade

Sometimes you just need a quick detox drink in the morning that can be thrown together quickly while still half asleep.  This is a great simple way to gently jump start your liver (a major detox organ), and to get your blood moving.  If you are a little hungover (it happens to the best of us), this also helps to hydrate because coconut water is full of electrolytes and the bit of maple syrup is enough to boost blood sugar without triggering processed carb or sugar cravings later in the day.

Try drinking this about half an hour before breakfast and get ready to glow!

This Spicy Detox Lemonade is perfect whenever you have had a little too much fun the night before or just need a little boost.
