Good Morning Sunshine Juice Text

Good Morning Sunshine Juice

2 medium ruby red grapefruits

2 medium tangelos

1 small blood orange

1/2 small Meyer lemon (or 1/4 of a lemon)

1 cup hulled strawberries (optional but recommended)

In a juicer juice half of the citrus, the strawberries if using, followed by the remaining citrus.  Stir together or don’t stir for a beautiful sunrise appearance and serve immediately.  For an extra smooth juice strain through a fine meshed sieve or nut milk bag before serving.  This also makes a great brunch drink if mixed half and half with sparkling water (or champagne for a special occasion.)  Enjoy!
